REOPENING physical office - 19 May 2020

Updated: Aug 14, 2020

The health and safety of clients is top concern amid the global COVID-19 pandemic. During this time we all place an increased focus on health and safety in order to keep services belonging to the first stage of its reopening plan safe.

All measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at the office should be done in compliance with requirements under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and associated Regulation and public health directives.

Coronaviruses are spread through close contact.

Below the set of resources to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at the Office

Mental Care - Parenting Practice Loving Caring:

  • physical distancing of at least 2 metres (6 feet) or more between persons.

  • personal mask and protective screen (masks and plexiglass available at the office).

  • wash your hands with the water or alcohol-based (greater than 60% alcohol) hand sanitizer (available in the office).

  • avoid touching your face, eyes, nose or mouth.

  • contactless payment method (available in the office).

  • stay home if you are sick.

  • stay home if you have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days and/or have had potential unprotected exposure to a person with COVID-19.

  • cleaning and sanitation of commonly touched surface, areas or items (e.g. door handles, railings, tables, chairs, work surfaces) will be done before and after each face-to-face consultation.
