Setting: Outpatient services exclusively.
Psychotherapy
Primary Focus: Deep-rooted emotional patterns, chronic psychological issues, personality structures, and diagnosed mental illnesses (like severe anxiety or depression). Duration: Longer-term, sometimes open-ended (several months to years). Goal: To uncover the root causes of current difficulties and facilitate fundamental changes in the psyche or personality. Setting: Often utilized by psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, or specialized registered psychotherapists and social workers in both outpatient and inpatient facilities. At Mental Care, we provide outpatient mental health services exclusively.
Marriage / Family Therapy
Couples therapy (also known as marriage or relationship counseling) is a specialized form of psychotherapy designed to help romantic partners resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional connection. It focuses on treating the relationship dynamic itself rather than just the individuals involved.
Nutrition
Nutritional therapy is an evidence-based, nutrition-focused treatment used to manage or prevent medical conditions. It involves assessing a person’s diet and health status to develop a personalized care plan, which may include dietary changes, counseling, or targeted supplementation to improve overall physical and mental health.
